Sean has over 20 years of experience in property development and construction with a diverse portfolio of projects from land subdivisions to mixed housing and high-rise apartments. He holds a proven track record of delivering prominent projects in Auckland. His core skills are front-end planning and design, including due diligence, feasibility study, master planning, project design and coordination. He has an extensive network with respected consultants and partners in the industry and enjoys working in a highly collaborative way.

As a distinguished member of our team, Patrick has been a vital part of Bei Group since 2016, where he takes charge of the management of commercial properties in our portfolio. With over two decades of experience in the Auckland property industry, his expertise is the result of a fruitful journey that includes significant roles at renowned firms such as CB Richard Ellis and Augusta Capital. Patrick's profound knowledge, skill set, and unwavering motivation make him an invaluable asset within our team. Roy excels at creating winning strategies for acquiring and selling properties. With 16 years of real estate experience in New Zealand, Roy specialises in both residential and commercial project acquisition and sales, and brings his extensive property knowledge to the company. With over 12 years of experience in project management and formal training as a Civil Engineer, Jeyco is a highly skilled construction project manager who relishes the daily challenge of resource optimisation, unwavering commitment to exacting quality standards, and the consistent achievement of deadlines. His approach is marked by meticulous planning, precise execution, and transparent communication.

In charge of our daily financial operations, Yangyang oversees budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Possessing a keen eye for detail and a profound commitment to fiscal responsibility, Yangyang offers the management team the essential financial insights needed to evaluate both risks and opportunities.

Nick serves as the initial point of contact for many of our clients and partners, playing a crucial role as a liaison for our company. Eric leads our international trading business in coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and meeting trade compliance requirements. He also represents Bei Group as directors in subsidiary companies.
