This project spans a 13.7-hectare site and envisions between 1,500 to 1,800 dwellings over 15-20 years and features a mix of apartments, townhouses, and retail facilities.

Integral to this development is the allocation of 25% of the site for public open space, fostering community well-being. Residents and visitors will enjoy amenities such as a café, restaurant, central park, playground, green spaces, pool, gymnasium, and a public walkway along the Fernhill escarpment. This integration of public and private spaces creates a dynamic microcosm that enriches lives and fosters local business growth.

We will maintain single ownership throughout the design and build phases, ensuring the long-term vision of quality is upheld. Working closely with Auckland Council, local community, mana whenua and other stakeholders has been a pivotal part of the project's journey, reflecting our commitment to responsive and inclusive planning.

This development will be transformative for Albany, providing diverse living options while enhancing community vitality. We've allocated a significant portion of the site for public use, and our inclusive amenities and collaborative approach underscore our commitment to both quality and community engagement. It is poised to stand as a beacon of quality and sustainability in the Albany landscape.
